The Department may, upon determination of ability to pay, charge a fee for services rendered under the Maternal and Infant Health Improvement Services Program. The individual, or an individual legally obligated to support the individual, reimburses the Department for that portion of the cost of treatment services which the individual or person is able to pay, or when the individual or person receives some other benefit.
