To record fees for initial, renewal or provisional licenses and examinations for a person operating a childcare facility or child placing agency or serving as a childcare institution administrator. The executive commissioner by rule may set and the department may collect fees in amounts necessary to cover costs.
Application due before serving as administrator; fee due at time of application. Licenses renewed biennially.
