Description


Persons convicted of certain offenses under the Penal Code pay in addition to all other costs, court costs for special services as follows:

  • A defendant convicted of a felony -- $133.
  • A defendant convicted of a class A or B misdemeanor -- $83.
  • Conviction of a nonjailable misdemeanor -- $40.

General Revenue received 0.0088% of total fees collected.



Due Date


Upon conviction at the same time as other fines and costs.
