In addition to costs of conviction imposed by arts. 102.016 and 102.018, a $100 fee shall be paid on conviction of an intoxication offense.
Upon conviction at the same time as other court costs.

Effective 01/01/2020, S.B. 346, 86th Leg., R.S. changed this fee to a fine. Therefore, it will be collected under revenue object 3710 - Court Fines – GR and Trauma Care.
