Description


A person placed on deferred adjudication community supervision that subsequently receives a discharge and dismissal under Art.42A.111, Code of Criminal Procedure and satisfies requirements of Government Code 411.074, may petition the court for an order of nondisclosure. Accompanied by a $28 fee.
