Fees charged by the Courts of Appeals for:

• In cases appealed to and filed in the Court of Appeals from the District and County Courts within its Court of Appeals district, $100.
• Motion for leave to file petition for writ of mandamus, prohibition, injunction and other similar proceedings originating in the Court of Appeals, $50. If motion for leave granted, additional fee of $75.
• Motion to file or to extend time to file record on appeal from District or County Court, $10.
• Additional filing fee equal to amount set by the Supreme Court, deposited to the Supreme Court Support Account in the Judicial Fund (0573), up to $50.

At time application or motion is made or granted, or at time a proceeding is filed.
