Description


Fees charged by the Supreme Court for:

  • Application for writ of error, $50.
  • If application for writ of error is granted, an additional fee of $75.
  • Motion for leave to file petition for writ of mandamus, prohibition, injunction and other similar proceedings originating in the Court of Appeals, $50. If motion for leave granted, additional fee of $75.
  • Certified questions from Court of Appeals to the Supreme Court $75.
  • Case appealed to Supreme Court from District Court by direct appeal, $100.
  • Any other proceeding filed in Supreme Court, $75.
  • Additional filing fee equal to amount set by the Supreme Court, deposited to the Supreme Court Account in the Judicial Fund (0573), up to $50.
