Description


Fees for certified copies charged by the Court of Appeals for:

  • Administering an oath or affirmation and giving a sealed certificate is $5.
  • Certified copies of papers of record in court offices are $5, or $1 per page if more than five pages.
  • Comparing and certifying any document with the original in the offices of the court is $5, or $1 per page if more than five pages.
  • A reasonable fee for any service performed by the clerks for which a fee is not otherwise provided.
