Description


Fees charged by the Supreme Court for:

  • Administering an oath or affirmation $0.50.
  • Administering oath or affirmation and giving certificate with seal $5.00.
  • Making copies of papers or records in office, including certificate with seal, minimum charge -- $5 or $0.50 per page over 10 pages.
  • Court may fix reasonable fee for official service performed by the clerk not otherwise provided.
