Fees may be charged for the filing of certified copies, including deeds, deeds of trust and liens, filed in connection with water rights. (11.3271)
Fee for recording an instrument in the office of the commission is $1.25 per page. (5.701(g))
Commission may, by rule, charge fees for copies in amounts up to those set in Government Code, sec. 603.004. (5.174)
A fee to recover costs of producing, copying and mailing the report of water quality inspections and investigations conducted under Water Code, sec. 26.014. (26.0151)
