Description


Fees for services from the Department of Insurance Workers' Compensation Division shall be the same as those charged for similar services in the Secretary of State's office. Government Code §§ 405.031 and 406.007 sets the fees for the Secretary of State at:

  • Each official certificate $10.
  • For certified copy of a record $1.

The department may charge a reasonable fee for making available for inspection any information that contains confidential information that must be redacted before making available. If a request is for inspection of 10 pages or less and a copy is not requested, the department may charge only the cost of copying the pages from which confidential information must be redacted.
