Description


The department shall prescribe standards and collect reasonable fees for the training of animal shelter personnel as to animal health and disease control, humane care and treatment, control of animals in an animal shelter, and the transportation of animals. The department may charge reasonable fees to arrange and conduct an animal control officer training.
