(1) The Department may establish a statewide bicycle safety education program and may charge a fee for the course, up to $15.
(2) The Department shall establish reasonable fees sufficient to recover from a city the costs of training and certifying peace officers of the city.
(3) The Department by rule shall establish fees for training and certification of municipal peace officers to enforce motor vehicle safety standards.
