Description

The commission shall provide semiannual training for surveyors and providers addressing the 10 most common violations of state and federal law by long term care facilities and home and community support service agencies. The training fee is up to $50 per person.

S.B. 200, 84th Leg., R.S. abolished Department of Aging and Disability Services (539) and transferred home and community support services programs to the Health and Human Services Commission (529) effective 9/1/17.
