Description


A school district that is a course provider through the State Virtual School Network may charge a per student fee. Fees paid by non-course providing school districts using the network are remitted to the agency for distribution to the applicable course providing district.

Chap. 30A repealed by S.B. 569, 89th Leg., R.S.  A school district or open-enrollment charter providing an electronic course through the virtual school network may continue to provide that course as if the chapter were still in effect until the end of the 2026-27 school year.
