Description


The Commission shall collect reasonable fees to cover the cost of performing the following services:

  • Review and comment on construction documents for new facilities or expansion projects.
  • Performance of occupancy inspections.
  • Performance of annual inspections.
  • Cost of performing reinspection of a municipal or county jail.
  • Process forms, data or documents.
