Description


To record fees charged for:

  • sex offender treatment provider license and renewal fees
  • training fees
  • publication fees
  • fees for providing continuing education and other services to treatment providers

The council shall set fees for licenses in amounts to recover costs of administration and enforcement.

Fees to renew expired licenses are between 1-1/2 to 2 times the normally required renewal fee.



Due Date


As established by the council; licenses renewed every two years.
