Description


The comptroller shall have export stamps printed or manufactured and provide the stamps only to a customs broker licensed under § 151.157 of the Tax Code. The comptroller shall charge $2.10 for each stamp. $1.60 of the fee used for costs related to producing the stamp and remaining 50 cents used for enforcement.
