Description


(1) (§§ 411.0845, 411.145(a)(1))  The director may collect a reasonable fee for the DNA analysis of a blood sample or other specimen submitted voluntarily to the Department.

(2) (§§ 411.0845, 411.145(a)(1))  The Department may charge a fee for subscription services to cover cost of administering an automated criminal history clearinghouse.

(3) (§ 521.060)  The Department shall charge a fee for each contract to cover cost of administering and developing the driver record monitoring pilot program.
