Description


To record fees for:

  • data requests from a statewide health care data collection system set in amounts to cover the cost of operations.
  • approval of a training and exam program on sexual abuse and child molestation in amounts to cover the cost of administration.
  • filing verification that employees of a campus program for minors has complied with requirements.
  • fees from pharmaceutical drug manufacturers of up to $400 when submitting annual report on pricing.

Administrative penalties up to $1,000 per day for failure to submit report by drug manufacturers.
