Description


Fees for the receiving and distribution of bodies and anatomical specimens, conducting inspections and registering willed body programs. Fees are set and collected by the commission in amounts to cover costs of program administration.

Notes


S.B. 2040, 88th Leg., R.S. abolished the State Anatomical Board (528) 9/1/23 but continues it until 9/1/24 for the purpose of transferring obligations, property, rights, powers, and duties to the commission (513). All unexpended and unobligated funds of the board are transferred to General Revenue for the purpose of the commission administering Health and Safety Ch. 691.
