Created 2011 by H.B. 3771, 82nd Leg., R.S. under Transp. Code 111.103(e). TxDOT shall impose a reasonable fee on a railroad company that submits an application to the department to adopt safety standards for high-speed rail systems, including rolling stock, for that railroad company. Fees set to recover costs incurred by the department. Inactivated and combined with similar revenue code 3062 in September 2014.
