(1) (§ 508.182) A prisoner released on parole or mandatory supervision shall pay an administrative fee of $8 for each month during which the prisoner is under supervision.
(2) (§ 508.182) A prisoner released on parole or mandatory supervision shall pay a parole supervision fee of $10 for each month during which the prisoner is under supervision.
(3) (§ 508.189) The parole panel shall require that a prisoner convicted under §§ 21.02, 21.08, 21.11, 22.021, 25.02, 25.06, 43.25 or 43.26, Penal Code shall pay a parole supervision fee of $5 each month during parole supervision.

Effective 01/01/2020, S.B. 346, 86th Leg., R.S. changed the community supervision fee under Code of Criminal Procedure (42A.653) to a fine. Therefore, collection was moved from revenue object 3727– Fees for Administrative Services – Pardons and Paroles to 3710.
