Description


For administrative fees charged by the department to licensing entities for support of the State Electronic Internet Portal. Fees include subscription fees and reasonable convenience fees. Fees are sufficient to cover implementation with respect to the licensing system. The department may contract with a private vendor for implementation.

Notes


Each licensing entity shall increase the license renewal fees (usually under revenue code 3175) by an amount sufficient to cover the subscription fee, up to $5 on an annual renewal or $10 for a biennial renewal.
