(1) Application fee charged a person seeking to obtain a municipal setting designation of $1,000 (§ 361.804).
(2) Assessment of a reasonable fee to manufacturer or importer for inspection of a commercial prerinse spray valve to cover expenses of administration (§ 372.005).
(3) Annual fee up to $500 charged a county for studying the overall county ground water consumption and compliance with rules regarding creation of a groundwater conservation district (§ 36.0151(h)).
(4) A city's water pollution control and abatement program must be submitted to TCEQ for review and approval. Fees to recover the costs of administering this program.
(5) Subsurface excavation fees collected from each permit application to offset costs for processing the application. Fees may not be less than $1,000.
