Description


To record intergovernmental receipts from state, urban and rural hospitals for the purpose of drawing down federal matching funds for hospital administrative costs of the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payments to State Hospitals (DSRIP) program. Matching rate for these funds is 50/50 rather than the Federal Matching Assistance Percentage (FMAP) rate.
