Each prospective juror reporting for jury service may direct the county treasurer to donate all of the juror's reimbursements to:

• The Compensation to Victims of Crime Fund (No. 0469).
• The child welfare, child protective services, or child services board of the county appointed under § 264.005, Family Code that serves abused and neglected children.
• Any program selected by the Commissioner's court operated by a public or private non-profit organization providing shelter and services to victims of family violence. 
• A veterans treatment court program established by the commissioner's court as provided by Government Code Ch. 124.
• A veterans county service office established by the commissioner's court as provided by Government Code Ch. 434.
• Any other program approved by the county commissioner's court.
