Description


The department may contract with any appropriate entity to use the Parks & Wildlife brand in exchange for licensing fees paid to the department. 

The department may apply for, acquire register, secure, hold, protect a copyright, trademark, or other protection with respect to the department's intellectual property (deposited to GR Account 0009).
