The department may sell information, including books, magazines, photographs, prints, bulletins to the public on agriculture, horticulture, or related industries. In order to recover the costs of administering certain programs, the department may sell advertising and collect fees, revenues, and royalties on department-owned content, information, or materials.
The department may also collect an event fee for marketing and promotional activities authorized by Chapters 12, 46, 47 and 50B.
