Description


To receive revenue from the sale of replicas of state archival records and other historical resources in the custody of the Library and Archives Commission (441.1965).

The commission may purchase and resell items it determines appropriate for the promotion of public libraries in Texas (441.074). Deposited to GR Account 5054.

Notes


General revenue account in H.B. 1962, 86th Leg., R.S. was not exempted in the funds consolidation bill (H.B. 3317), therefore it was not created and revenue is deposited to General Revenue Fund 0001.

Revenue under Government Code Sec. 441.074 originally passed by S.B. 691, 76th, Leg., R.S. and set up under revenue object 3884 - Resale to Promote Public Libraries. Object 3884 inactivated due to non-use in August 2019.
