Description
Board shall charge each hospital annual license fee based on a fee schedule set by the Board. Fee shall be based on the number of beds in the hospital at not to exceed $10 per bed. The total fee may not be less than $200 or more than $10,000. The Board shall adopt a temporary initial license fee in an amount sufficient to cover reasonable expenses.
