Description
Fees may be charged as follows:
(1) (art. 42.12 §§ 19(e), (f)) A person granted community supervision under §§ 21.08, 21.11, 22.011, 22.021, 25.02, 43.25 or 43.26, Penal Code shall pay as a condition of community supervision a court required community supervision fee of $5 each month during supervision to the supervising community corrections and supervising department officer.
(2) (§§ 508.182, 508.189) A prisoner released on parole or mandatory supervision shall pay an administrative fee of $8 for each month during which the prisoner is under supervision.
(3) (§§ 508.182, 508.189) A prisoner released on parole or mandatory supervision shall pay a parole supervision fee of $10 for each month during which the prisoner is under supervision.
(4) (§§ 508.182, 508.189) The parole panel shall require that a prisoner convicted under §§ 21.02, 21.08, 21.11, 22.021, 25.02, 25.06, 43.25 or 43.26, Penal Code shall pay a parole supervision fee of $5 each month during parole supervision.
