Description
(1) (§ 5.701(r), §36.0151(h)) Fee for processing a request for an expedited letter from the executive director stating total depth of surface casing needed during well drilling to protect ground waters and for processing of certain permits from the Railroad Commission of Texas may not exceed $75.
(2) (§ 361.804) Application fee charged a person seeking to obtain a municipal setting designation of $1,000.
(3) (§ 372.005) Assessment of a reasonable fee to manufacturer or importer for inspection of a commercial prerinse spray valve to cover expenses of administration.
(4) Annual fee NTE $500 charged a county for studying the overall county ground water consumption and compliance with subsection (f).
