Description

Reasonable and necessary fees to administer Ch. 15 and Subtitle D, Title 3. Each credit union is required to submit a report by Feb. 1 of each year accompanied by a fee set by the Commission. If not filed and paid before the 16th day after the due date, the Commission shall charge a late fee for each day the report is late. Each credit union shall pay an examination fee. Each application to incorporate must be accompanied by filing fees set by the Commission.

The Commission may assess an administrative penalty of not less than $100 or more than $10,000 for each day of a violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770).

The commissioner may collect a fee from an examined contractor or organization in connection with each exam to cover the exam cost or may collect that fee from the credit union using the examined contractor. The department may charge a late fee against a credit union for late payment of operating fees.
