Revenue Object 3175 – Professional Fees – Landscape Architects

Fees for each landscape architect, before engaging in business at the rate of:

Registration fee	NTE	$    250.00
Reciprocal registration fee		as determined by the Board
Annual renewal fee		as set by the Board
Renewal fee
90 days of less		1 1/2 times normal renewal fee
over 90 days but less than 1 year		2 times normal renewal fee
Board may set fee for any action involving an administrative expense in amounts reasonable and necessary unless otherwise set by GAA.
Board may assess administrative penalty (collected under Revenue Object 3770)	NTE	$ 5,000.00
*Amount NTE $10 determined annually by the Board as reasonable and necessary for administering the examination fee scholarship program.
**Landscape Architect Emeritus administrative and renewal fee	NTE	amount to cover administrative costs
