Description
The board shall establish fees necessary for administration and shall set the fees in amounts sufficient to recover costs. Fees may not exceed $400 for a license to an individual, $750 to a person not an individual and $60 to register a license holder's employee. Includes administrative penalties (collected under Revenue Object 3770) and civil penalties (collected under Revenue Object 3717).
