Description
Each person licensed as a nursing home administrator shall pay fees to be set by the department in amounts necessary to cover the cost of administration. May set different licensing fees for different license categories. The department may impose administrative penalties up to $1,000 per day for violations of this subchapter (collected under Revenue Object 3770).
