Description
Fees charged for the certification and regulation of respiratory care practitioners. The Board of Health shall set fees for applications, examinations, certificates, certificate renewal, certificate reinstatements and temporary permits.
Fees shall be in amounts reasonable to cover costs of administration. Certificates required after January 1, 1986. Late fees less than 90 days are renewal fee plus 1/2 renewal fee. 90 days -- 1 year is two times renewal fee. The Department may assess an administrative penalty against persons in violation of the Act, up to $1,000 for each violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770).

Due Date
