Description
Fees charged for regulation and licensing of dietitians. Board sets fees sufficient to cover administrative costs. Fee may be charged for exams, licensing and renewals. A fee that existed on September 1, 1993 may not be set in an amount less than the amount of that fee on that date. The Board may levy $1 per license for the peer assistance program. (H.B. 900, 69th Leg., R.S.) Late fees: 90 days or less -- fee equal to 1-1/4 times amount of renewal fee; 91 days to 1 year, a fee equal to 1-1/2 times the renewal fee.
Board may impose administrative penalty between $50 and $5,000 for each violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770). Each day of continuance is a separate violation.
