Description
The Board shall, by rule, establish reasonable and necessary fees for the regulation of marriage and family therapists and marriage and family therapist associates. Fees shall produce sufficient revenue to cover administration and include:

Reciprocal license
Other administrative expenses
Administrative fee for removal from inactive status
Fees may be adjusted but not set in an amount less than amount of fee at September 1, 1993. Late fees: 90 days or less -- fee equal to 1-1/4 times renewal fee; 91 days - 1 year, fee equal to 1-1/2 times renewal fee. May assess administrative penalty not to exceed $5,000 for each violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770).
