Description
The Board shall establish reasonable and necessary fees for the regulation of podiatrists in amounts to produce sufficient revenue to cover administration. Fees may be adjusted but a fee may not be set for an amount less than the amount of that fee on September 1, 1993. Included are fees for:

Re-examination
License renewal
Duplicate license
Late fees:
90 days or less -- 1-1/2 times renewal exam fee;
91 days - 1 year -- 2 times renewal fee.
Administrative penalty NTE $5,000 per day (collected under Revenue Object 3770).
Initial license or registration fee increased by $5 and renewal by $1, effective September 1, 2003.
