Description
Fees required of all persons acting as professional counselors. Board shall establish reasonable and necessary fees to produce sufficient revenue to meet expenses of administering the act without accumulating unnecessary surpluses. Fees may be adjusted and the Board may not set a fee for amount less than the amount of that fee on September 1, 1993.
Late fees:
90 days or less -- fee equal to 1-1/4 times renewal fee;
91 days - 1 year -- fee equal to 1-1/2 times renewal fee.
Board may impose administrative penalty between $50 and $5,000 for each violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770). Each day of continuance is a separate violation.
