Description
Fees charged for registration of professional sanitarians.
If fees collected are inadequate to pay administrative costs, the Board is authorized to raise fees to make the program self-supporting.
Board may impose administrative penalty between $50 and $5,000 for each violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770). Each day of continuance is a separate violation.
