Description
Licenses required for regulation of a speech-language pathologist or audiologist. Board shall establish necessary fees sufficient to cover administration of Act including:
Application fee
Examination fee
Initial license fee
License renewal fee
Delinquency fee
Temporary license fee
Duplicate license fee
May collect $1 per license for peer assistance program ( H.B. 900, 69th Leg., R.S.)
Board may impose administrative penalty between $50 and $5,000 for each violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770). Each day of continuance is a separate violation.
