Description
A county commissioner's court or governing body of a municipality may establish commercially sexually exploited persons court programs for first time offenders (Ch. 169) and other offenders (Ch. 126). A program may charge an eligible defendant NTE $1,000, of which a portion (victim services fee) equal to 10% of the total is remitted to the state.
