First $1,000 to General Revenue Fund (0001), 90% of remainder to State Highway Fund 0006 and 10% to General Revenue.
  4. Department may authorize certain port authorities to issue permits for the movement of oversize or overweight vehicles. The port authority may collect a fee up to $80 per trip, which shall be paid to the department and used, less administrative costs, to fund highway maintenance. The authority may retain administrative costs up to 15% of the fees collected (§623.214). Deposited to State Highway Fund 0006.
  5. Victoria county navigation district fee for permit to operate oversize overweight vehicle is $100 per trip (§623.234). Deposited to General Revenue.
  6. Chambers County fee authorizing permit for movement of oversize or overweight vehicles weighing 100,000 lbs. or less, carrying cars only on FM 1405 and frontage road of Hwy. 99 in Cedar Crossing Business Park. Fee is up to $80 (§623.254). Deposited to State Highway Fund 0006.
  7. Permit to transport multiple loads of the same commodity over a state highway if all loads traveling between the same general locations. Permit application must be accompanied by fee up to $9,000.
