Created September 1, 1981 by S.B. 228, 67th Leg., R.S. under Agriculture Code § 17.008. No fuel alcohol equipment that has an annual alcohol production capacity of one million gallons or less may be sold or leased unless the equipment is registered with the commissioner. The department shall prescribe annual renewal and initial registration fees. Repealed September 1, 1997 by 75th Leg., R.S. ch. 211, § 13(5).
