A vehicle for which a salvage motor vehicle certificate of title has been issued may be issued a regular certificate of title only if the title application describes each major component part used to repair the vehicle and shows the VIN number required by federal law. Application to be accompanied by a $13 fee for title certificate. Applicant must also pay a $65 rebuilder fee.
