TEX. AGRIC. CODE ANN. § 16.002 created in 1949 by the 51st Leg. Set annual registration fees before sale of antifreeze. ch. 16 repealed by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 419, § 10.09(9), effective 9-1-95. A drafting error left § 16.002(c) in statute, but since registration is no longer required, there is no one responsible for paying a fee.
