Created in 1939 by the 46th Leg. under Health and Safety Code § 345.063. Each piece of bedding manufactured, renovated, sold, leased, intended to be sold or leased, in this state must have stamp affixed to each tag. Stamps shall be issued on quantities of at least 500 and DSHS shall charge a fee up to $15 for each 500 stamps. Repealed by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1055 § 9, effective September 1, 1997.
